The right Hand of the digital profit.

A not so fact-fictional short story of events.

Early source code versions of Stuxnet drone malware robot attacker shows us how it abused Windows' Auto-run feature. Just like the ms-dos batch files of old attacked with text. And infected networks by use of autoexec.bat systems auto run file. The more advanced a program is the more we see how unoriginal the ideas are in a frantic bid to infect industrial control systems, security company Symantec reveals. But I say Symantec is the original writer of such malware software code. I bet dollars to dough nuts that Symantec had I private contract with spy rings & other clandestine groups planted world wide. This whole story stinks to the high heavens of the endgame for the free and open Internet. Not only that you now have Obama’s science czars pushing for A Internet kill switch. More details about the Stuxnet worm trickled out Sept. 24 as independent security hackers/researchers continue to peel back the layers of the not so complex malware.

According to A Symantec researcher Liam O Murchu, early versions of Stuxnet were targeting industrial control systems without the help of a vulnerability at all. Instead, the malware abused Windows' Auto-run feature to compromise machines through infected USB devices. Thats right is’s a file infecter just like the Code Red email worm and other very published works of source code researchers are hacking at all the time. "The worm's trick was to create an autorun.inf file in the root of removable drives that served two different purposes," blogged O Murchu, manager of operations for Symantec Security Response. "The specially crafted file could be interpreted as either an executable file or as a correctly-formatted autorun.inf file. "When Windows parses autorun.inf files the parsing is quite forgiving," he continued. "Specifically, any characters that are not understood as being part of legitimate AutoRun commands are skipped as garbage and parsing continues.

Stuxnet uses this fact to its advantage by placing the MZ file first within the autorun.inf file. When Windows parses the autorun.inf file all of the MZ content will be ignored as garbage until the legitimate AutoRun commands that are appended at the end of the file are encountered." The AutoRun commands specify that the autorun.inf file itself to be executed, which in turn executes the worm's code, he explained. In case that doesn't work, there was an "Open" command added to the context menu. If a user chooses to open the drive with the malicious Open command, the worm will execute, O Murchu wrote.

And what A wonderful new digital land mine I have to add! Looking at the facts I think that the writer of this malware has reinvented the better mouse trap. So odds are A hacker did not write this source code for the malware in question. Revelations about the Stuxnet worm have kept coming in the months since the worm was first unmasked. The code to exploit the .lnk vulnerability first linked to the malware was added around March, Murchu wrote. But in addition to that bug, Stuxnet has been observed exploiting three other Windows vulnerabilities, including two privilege escalation bugs that are yet to be patched. This may have been altered by script kiddies willing to add new features to this source code in the wild. Or a group of hackers adding new commands via peer to peer update functions to direct the virus to it’s goals.

The other vulnerability exists in the Windows print spooler service, and was patched earlier in September. Just like Microsoft to patch A non-working patch for an older bug. Despite initial reports, only three of the four Windows bugs were zero-days; as it turns out, the print spooler issue was first discussed by Vupen Security in an article in a 2009 edition of Hakin9 magazine. I have this issue and I love the magazine, just pure inner-webs gold dust baby!

Microsoft said it was not told of the vulnerability then, however. The lack of any real sophistication of the attack has lead some to speculate about the involvement of a national government, especially since the malware was designed to go after industrial control systems. In my opinion this may be the work of A group very organized and well payed Spy’s. But for what goal? to push forth the Internet kill switch bills now in U.S. congress. But whatever the original target or purpose, Stuxnet has spread out and infected computers all over the world, and the security community has been working to keep up. Though Eric Knapp, director of critical infrastructure markets for NitroSecurity, said there is no hard evidence to support the claim of state-sponsorship for Stuxnet, he added that there is no arguing the worm's sophistication.

NitroSecurity has the most to gain out of the destruction of the free and open Internet. "It's widely recognized as one of the most sophisticated pieces of malware in a long time," Knapp said. "It's built using intimate knowledge of the target systems; uses stolen certificates; is being propagated using multiple zero-day vulnerabilities; it has the ability to update itself peer-to-peer; and it can inject malicious code into a PLC [programmable logic controller]. Taken as a whole, Stuxnet is extremely sophisticated and well-orchestrated. This isn't hype." - But A majority of hackers are saying it’s all well documented and nothing that new. Like I was saying A group of well organized spy’s can direct like generals an army of source code to a target A system. Well-orchestrated indeed!

Computer experts at Iran's nuclear agency are trying to disable a complex computer virus that has attacked the country's industrial sites and appears to be aimed at shutting down its Bushehr nuclear plant, which was due to go online next month. According to the semi-official ISNA news agency, officials at Iran's nuclear agency have met to determine how to combat the computer worm, called Stuxnet, which are alleged to take over systems that control the inner workings of industrial plants. The ISNA report said the virus had spread throughout Iran, but did not name the sites affected.

Computer security experts who have studied Stuxnet since it emerged two months ago believe it was designed specifically to only attack the Siemens-designed working system of the Bushehr plant and appears to have infected the system via the laptops and USB drives of Russian technicians who had been working there. The Stuxnet worm has surprised experts because it is the first one created to allegedly in theory and rumor only to take over industrial control systems, rather than just steal or manipulate data. I can't stand the hype, the marketing claims, the smug lists of green features that supposedly transform a garden-variety new building into a structure fit for Eden. Grassy roofs? Swell! Recycled gray water to flush the toilets? Excellent! But if 500 employees have to drive 40 miles a day to work in the place—well, how green is that? Achieving real sustainability is much more complicated than the publicity suggests. then you have different crazy screw ball agendas like the over population agenda. thank about it for a moment? for overpopulation to be a real problem then the female of our species has to basically be born pregnant. And then all her offspring 100% go on to have children in a never-ending cycle of constant growth! with new viruses, starvation, random climate change I am only listing few you get my point. it’s just all one big load of problems heaped onto my generation. so it’s not a really big surprise that people say the elite controllers of society have an agenda from industrial to nonindustrial & destroy society as it stands in the name of global “bullshit" protections etc. Enslavement to your government masters will be the rage and outrage of the youth. And that media roar is only getting louder.

Looking for the finishing gingerbread touches on an ATX 900 case at RE-Compute. $700 was the 1st quote by best buy. Was able to build a most excellent computer for under $500 dollars.

So I’am happy to say the final touches on my P3 file server are finished today; used an old gateway 2000 tower case. room enough to mount two power supplies. 6 Hard drives total because of a MAXTECHER add-in IDE kit. That’s 4 Hard drives total off the main mother boards IDE controllers. Master And cable select for the jumper setting.

Then you have the PCI add-in card to IDE kit. 2 Hard Drives total running off the cards main IDE and the aux 2nd IDE controller running off to control the DVD-ROM/RW+ Drive by Pioneer.

Remember the major reason why I was so Frick’en obsessed with the Gateway 2000 Tower case was it’s obese size. I used the case to mount A primary and secondary power supply to run all the hardware. I am amazed how easy the mounting modification was. I will never get used to plugging in the same computer twice. On the bright side both power supplies are energy star rated LOLZ!

The industrial electronics recycling center (IERC) in Missoula saved me money for sure. $100 dollars I spent on salvaged parts. 14-hours of looking for them special garbage parts! Man that was a bitch to find 6 total 120 GB hard drives & A DELL Dimension P3 motherboard standard and all vintage garbage -- for sure! The grate beast computer build off was awesome this year.

This was my 2nd year at the grate computer beast build off. My entry earned me some respect and people congratulated me on my rather funny idea. The gateway 2000 / Dell Frankenstein personal computer with 2 power supplies. It was a winning number I wiped up! 1st prize was $200 so I basically got my money back plus some parts that make up A very custom recycled peace of computerized trash.

Note to reader:
The target Operating System for my beast PC was going to be Windows XP professional but it failed to correctly identify all the hardware. So I used open source Ubuntu as the primary O.S. and it worked like the freakish oddball system it is. Epic Win open source people!

once asked me what do I fear about the world wide web. I replied “I am not fearful it’s just a mirror and truth is neither ugly nor just. it’s just the truth.” Some of us will never forgive and never forget. Such hopeful words and lofty ambitiousness are innovation in it's pure state. I'm convinced that this e-book will parrot in multitudes of variants too numerous to date or quantify. That make up the sum total of modern CYBER counterculture. To be rewritten and reworded to fit a manufactured agenda. Remember thought is no longer independent and ideas are manufactured and downloaded at the speed of limitless imagination it's self.

I'm sure cloud computing will be popular and continue to evolve in A ever changing digital ecosystem. So why are the masses the architects of total assimilation in regards to the Internet. We stand on the node of what the Internet has evolved into. If current trends prosiest then I foresee A invertible problem arising in the not so distant future. Now let's examine the concept of “ cloud computing,” a phrase we will here with parroting and continuing and increasing frequency as our connected global planet continues to evolve. Basically, the cloud is what the Internet has become, a huge network of shared resources that moves much of the hardware, software, and responsibility away from the lone individual users. This results in more usability and more reliability, ease of use, greater storage capacity at dirt cheap costs. These are obviously all positive developments. But in order to avoid losing our self in this tangled web the collective spins, we need to look at the overall risks attached to it. In the very early days of the net, there was a lot of do-it-yourself activity with regards to setting up connectivity. Anyone! it was so open. All ages 11 to 85 or older could be expected to get a machine, setup an operating system, obtain a connection of some sort, and install services based on what exactly they wanted to do. Some would set up their own UNIX shells that others could login to as anonymous users, some might run websites out of their homes ,still others would run Usenet file/news feeds, Internet Relay Chat servers, the list go on and no. Speed was a true sign of status. If you were able to get faster service to your location, you moved up a peg in the eyes of your peers. In a way it was the equivalent to everyone being involved in building and upgrading their own cars doing their own repairs, getting their own equipment, and learning a grate deal in the process.

Obviously, not all of the public had the time or inclination to this. So it was an inevitable foible that technology needed to evolve to the degree where just about everyone could get the services they desired with out knowing actually how it all worked. Instead of running some server out of your home or office, using the services of a data center was more stable and economical for the end user. Rather then managing your own email, using a centralized third party became more common place. Yes the age of virtual hosting exploded like johnny on the spot. It was a gold rush of epic design! Social networking also brought people to central points of connection, which obviously was more effective. Initially, these two worlds existed side by side. The do-it-yourself got pushed into the outer rims or badlands of the net. The masses with mindless parroting of epic fail flooded into existence. Like some biblical flood out of a story book. I can say this without question now the death of the free and open Internet is incremental in it's first stage. People or users who communicated only through a service such as Hot mail were generally not seen at the most technically adapt, in the eyes of other older net fags.

And so I have to ask you this why run your own chat system when everyone is no face book and Twitter? To continue we've slowly seen those people who were doing their own repairs and maintenance start taking their demands to third party mega business that have shady regulations set over them by governments and privilege information think tanks that wish to remain in the shadows of the herding and stampeding rush of mindless service addicted masses.

So what are the risks in this? Mostly, it's a lack of end user control over content. Here are some examples just for you bitching, close mined fools that don't get what I am saying:

1.)While G-mail certainly does a better job of sending and receiving mail then most of us setting up a Linux box over a antiquated copper line connection, the fact is that they have legal possession of your email on their servers. In fact, the words in your email are scanned so that you can receive advertising that may be relevant to your habits and interests. Why to you think the service is so cheap and prevalent.

2.)When you have your website in someone else's collocation facility, you won't be the first to know when some entity serves notice to shut it down for some reason of another. You think your fucking Constitution comes A-back-packing with you on the net rethink that! In more serious cases, the authorities can grab your stuff with a mere subpoena to the company, rather then having to get a search warrant and do a knock and talk. They don't even have to make a call to you. You don't even get a trial you go directly to jail under the new homeland security acts I, II and III.

3.)If something unfortunate happens to one of these on-line service companies that you've entrusted with your on-line presence say (bankruptcies, fires, legal third party problems), you can find yourself adversely affected by the drama of someones else's neat flaming shit. Remember, you can't really control what's no in your possession. That's the first law of hacking - Psychical access is total end user access.

4.)The cloud makes it easier for people to collaborate on projects by sharing documents on-line. But such web-based applications to gain full access to these projects can be toppled like a house of cards by only one users poor security habits putting the group at risk. Flash mobbing is a growing social networking trend that may enforce restrictions of free speech. Remember the government considers the Internet as the world wide wire-tap.

Apart form the security issues and the control issues, cloud computing makes users more of a consumer of a futuristic style of cable entertainment on demand. The FCC is nothing more then a big iron muzzle remember that as your locked into your very real world jail for thinking too much! I want this story to be in-depth as possible. So it's likely you are now forced to use hardware that technically doesn't really belong to you in the first place your only buying to renting it. A classic double think! (such as a cable modem) and which you can't fully access even though you have possession of it. Running your own website is forbidden on most cable modem connection and newer FIOS setups routinely block port 80 or charge a service fee for such access. Often times cable modem providers hire virus writers to make software that give remote access to third party gate keepers. Take Google for instance it's not surprising why the bloated giant has so may Trojan back doors installed by superusers. Or mercenary hacker's for hire that delete content with superuser permissions and so on. For some of the old and new fags alike it's a trivial issue to get around many of these restrictions for those who are so motivated and who have the skills, most people will wind up paying one of the giant providers, playing by their ever changing rules, and giving up control. Remember rules are made by the service providers and regulations are put forth by lawmakers to enslave the end user. The future of web2.0 is a wonderland of a global plantation complete with a domesticated cash crop.

Even after yielding this much, we may find ourselves increasingly at the becked whim of giant service companies & round table government czars, more so then ever before. Emerging smart phones can be forbidden from running software that either the manufacturer or the phone company doesn't approve. Their reasoning may make sense for security issues, it may be none of their damn business forbidding immoral video games, or it may be for completely selfish greedy reasons. Or something you payed or bought electronically can be “taken back” without even letting you know. I can remember in 2009 an article with involvement of Amazon. Yes Amazon did just that to customers who had purchased electronic books EPUBS for the Kindle service when they ran into a legal issue with the books' distribution. In an funny ironic but almost too perfect irony, the titles in question were George Orwell's Animal Farm and 1984. All conclusions point to the same absolute conclusion: customers run the risk of becoming almost irrelevant if they simply coast along and accept it all without question like sheep being domesticated by a Shepard on the mount.

Now it's still possible and easy to use the net as individuals now. We can be creative and reach the entire world. The elite have pointed out their total disgust and hate of such soap box toting trash. I am just saying what's disappearing is the ease with which we can do this while not being somehow under a umbrella of a much larger service entity's wing. And that's a theory you can bank on being true. Autonomy is vanishing for many of us under the now growing Cyberspace security governmental army of gatekeepers sworn to protect us from the truth or what ever or how ever the mission statement changes over time. But even if you don't have the need to be completely independent of the cloud and the prospect of your data residing under someone else's service doesn't disturb you, it's vitally important that you at least be prepared in the event of some sort of a disruption of and/or total failure of that service.

So in closing this e-book every technological advance carries with it certain potential regressions, as I have mentioned in these pages of text before. In order to really benefit from what cloud computing can do, we need to analyze its uses and abuses with our feet firmly on the legal ground. Witch I have to say special corporate lobbying groups representing the giants are doing a grate job of so go back to sleep.

And so the curtain closes on the Internet's first Age.

I do not understand why in the hell I am so inspired by the image of Obama as the joke. The mythic comic book legend by DC. The Joker is A man with no past and a tragic tormented future. The joker is able to reinvent himself at will.

I can understand the parable of the joker & the coincidental familiarity of the joker and Obama. It's just intriguing to me on A subconscious level.

The Joker has no known super powers just like Obama. He is extremely intelligent and has a firm grasp of the justice system, chemical engineering and weapon design, which he uses to create various instruments of terror, death, and criminal hilarity, if only to the Joker. He is responsible for countless deaths and is a highly dangerous individual. Obama is highly dangerous to the republic in a number of different ways. His past like the Joker is questionable. A good question to ask your self is “if chem trails do exist why then has the obama administration declassifed documentation about Geo engerneering?” The Joke's mental state is completely unstable. He is highly insane and is a regular in Arkham Asylum. The Joker will at one time be mischievous and funny, but at other times be violent, brutal, and cruel. It's interesting to compare Obama to such A monster. The Joker can currently be seen in the Batman family of comic books. He can also be seen in other DC titles as well. Interesting Fact:The Joker has no truly identifiable origin story. He has told many different origins, from being the Red Hood, to a coerced chemical engineer in a robbery gone bad, and just “Jack.” The Joker recreates himself so much, that his true identity may never be known. Just like Obama don't you think.

Origin: It can be argued that the Joker is one of Batman’s greatest enemies. The Joker lives to bring havoc to the world and his favorite person to torture has usually been Batman. Even though it would be easier to kill the Joker, Batman has chosen to take a higher road, never taking it into his own hands to end the tyranny of the Joker, but taking him time and again to Arkham Asylum, hoping that one day, the Joker will be cured of his insanity. The Joke is a mirror of our justice system and our ability as humans to create a living hell on earth. The world is one big sick joke.

I really love useing bluefish Editor for html and dhtml. Klinkstatus is a link checker app that I use to map out my websites. It's very useful. KompoZar is A good tool for layout and matworking. For asp & cgi Quanta Plus works. I'm not going to download scream editor - It has issues like crashing etc. For ftp well KDE has inline desktop software and realtime ftp goodies that are over the top. Copper mesh may help joking with others on the project. “Why John?” - An external static electrical field will cause the electrical charges within the conducting material “in this case the material used to make fiber-optic cable” OK see my point - to redistribute themselves so as to cancel the field's effects in the cage's interior.
